Your trust matters. This policy explains what we collect, how we protect it, and the control you have over it. By using Sprout, you agree to the practices described below.
Sprout collects only the information needed to support your personal growth journey. We log daily energy metrics (your self-reported mind-battery levels), focus preferences (such as deep-work and gentle mode settings), and your task lists (including habits, completion history, and growth logs).
We do not collect biometric data, location data, or background activity from your device. Behavioral check-ins are stored solely to surface your own trends and are never shared with third parties for advertising.
All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS) for every connection between your device and our servers. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 with managed key rotation and access controls.
Authentication tokens are issued per session and never stored in plaintext. Row-level security ensures each user can only read and modify their own records.
You have full rights over your data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated mental health records instantly from your profile settings — this removes your tasks, habits, growth logs, behavior logs, and preferences, and cannot be undone.
You may export or review your data at any time before deletion. If you have questions about your data, contact Sprout support and we will assist you promptly.
